Frequently Asked Questions

What Is Counselling? Counselling is a form of talking therapy that offers a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. Counsellors provide guidance and assistance as you navigate through difficult emotions and experiences. Through counselling, you can gain clarity and insight into your challenges, helping you to discover solutions and cultivate a sense of well-being and happiness in your life.

What Issues Can We Help With? Our Counsellors are experienced in providing support for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, bereavement and loss, feelings of isolation, and loneliness. As specialists in relationships and emotional well-being, we also offer guidance on navigating issues within relationships and families. Our counselling services are tailored to meet your unique needs, extending beyond these areas of focus. You might be uncertain of the source of your troubles; counselling can help uncover and address underlying sources of discomfort you are experiencing.

How Does It Work? We offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to explore how we can support you and determine if we are the best fit for your needs. Should we decide to proceed, we'll schedule an initial assessment to further understand your circumstances. We'll work together to arrange ongoing sessions at a time and frequency that suits you. Sessions typically last 50-minutes. The number of sessions required will depend on your unique circumstances, and we'll collaborate closely with you to ensure your counselling journey meets your needs and goals.

How Much Does it Cost? Individual sessions from £50 Couple sessions from £60 Family sessions from £60 If you have any questions or queries regarding payment, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are here to assist you every step of the way.
